1. General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Bloom Drop website (www.bloomdrop.com.au) and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if certain blooms are unavailable, while keeping the overall style and colour palette as close as possible.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Delivery

  • We currently deliver only within Sydney metro.
  • Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify for next-day delivery. (Mon–Sat).
  • Delivery times are between 9am–5pm. 
  • If no one is available to receive the order, our courier will leave it in a safe place. If no safe place is available, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements (additional charges may apply).

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund if the order has already been prepared.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns.
  • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Gift Messages

  • You are responsible for the content of any gift message. We reserve the right to refuse or edit messages that are offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Bloom Drop and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
