At Bloom Drop, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality flowers every time.
If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.


Flower Quality Guarantee

Our flowers are fresh, seasonal and carefully prepared to last.
On average, flowers should remain fresh for 3–7 days when cared for correctly.

If your flowers perish or arrive in poor condition within 3 days of delivery, and all care instructions have been followed, we will happily assist with one of the following:

  • Replacement of the flowers

  • Store credit

  • Refund (where applicable)


How to Report an Issue

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • Clear photos of the flowers

  • A description of the problem

  • Order details


Replacements

Where a quality issue is confirmed, Bloom Drop will arrange to:

  • Replace the flowers with a new arrangement as soon as possible, or

  • Offer a store credit of equal value.

In some cases, we may request collection of the original flowers for quality control.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer

  • Recipient not available at the delivery address

  • Flowers left in unsuitable conditions after delivery

  • Change of mind after order has been prepared or delivered

  • Minor variations in colour or flower type due to seasonal availability

As flowers are a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once delivered.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before delivery.

  • next-day orders cannot be cancelled once prepared.


Substitutions

All Bloom Drop arrangements are made using fresh seasonal flowers.
If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar style or colour to maintain the overall look and value of your order.
