Flower Quality Guarantee
Our flowers are fresh, seasonal and carefully prepared to last.
On average, flowers should remain fresh for 3–7 days when cared for correctly.
If your flowers perish or arrive in poor condition within 3 days of delivery, and all care instructions have been followed, we will happily assist with one of the following:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may ask for:
Replacements
Where a quality issue is confirmed, Bloom Drop will arrange to:

Replace the flowers with a new arrangement as soon as possible, or

Offer a store credit of equal value.
In some cases, we may request collection of the original flowers for quality control.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements cannot be provided in the following circumstances:

Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer

Recipient not available at the delivery address

Flowers left in unsuitable conditions after delivery

Change of mind after order has been prepared or delivered

Minor variations in colour or flower type due to seasonal availability
As flowers are a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
Order Cancellations
Substitutions
All Bloom Drop arrangements are made using fresh seasonal flowers.
If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar style or colour to maintain the overall look and value of your order.
