At Bloom Drop, we make sending beautiful flowers easy, fast and stress-free. Please read our delivery policy below to understand how our service works.


Delivery Areas

Bloom Drop currently delivers to Sydney metropolitan + outer areas only.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s suburb and distance from our location.


Delivery Timeframes

We offer:

  • Next Day Delivery – for all orders placed before 1:00pm

Orders placed after 1:00pm will be scheduled for the following available delivery day.


Delivery Windows

While we always aim to deliver within your chosen window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and courier schedules.


Delivery Costs

Delivery fees vary depending on location and will range between $14 – $35, based on distance from our studio.

All delivery charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.


What Happens If No One Is Home?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier will:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location

  • Take a photo as proof of delivery

  • Send delivery confirmation

Bloom Drop cannot be responsible for flowers once they have been safely delivered to the provided address.


Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

Bloom Drop is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Wrong recipient details

  • Orders delivered to the address supplied by the customer

Additional delivery fees may apply if re-delivery is required due to incorrect information.


Hospital & Business Deliveries

For deliveries to hospitals, offices or secure buildings:

  • Please provide full recipient details including ward/department and phone number

  • Delivery will be made to reception where required

Special Requests

If you have specific delivery instructions (gate codes, access details, preferred drop-off location), please include them in the Delivery Instructions box at checkout.


Order Changes

Changes to delivery details must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Next-day orders cannot be changed once prepared.
